  • In a medium sized saucepan bring water with a pinch of salt to the boil and add in your rice noodles
  • To a large wok, add 1 tbsp sesame oil and fry off your peppers and chilli until the peppers become soft
  • In a separate bowl combine the remaining sesame oil, curry powder, turmeric, soy sauce and fish oil, mix together to form the sauce
  • Once the peppers are almost cooked, add in your bean sprouts and fry off for around 5 minutes
  • Drain the rice noodles and add to the wok, add in the prawns and sauce. Mix together until fully combined and the noodles have absorbed the sauce 
  • Plate up and enjoy!
