Singapore Vermicelli Fakeaway

Ingredients;
- 200g or 2 nests of rice noodles
- 200g beansprouts
- 2 large bell peppers, sliced
- 1 red chilli, finely diced
- 200g prawns, cooked
- 1.5 tbsp medium curry powder (use hot if you like it spicy)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1tsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Method
- In a medium sized saucepan bring water with a pinch of salt to the boil and add in your rice noodles
- To a large wok, add 1 tbsp sesame oil and fry off your peppers and chilli until the peppers become soft
- In a separate bowl combine the remaining sesame oil, curry powder, turmeric, soy sauce and fish oil, mix together to form the sauce
- Once the peppers are almost cooked, add in your bean sprouts and fry off for around 5 minutes
- Drain the rice noodles and add to the wok, add in the prawns and sauce. Mix together until fully combined and the noodles have absorbed the sauce
- Plate up and enjoy!
