James Crank's Beer, Mustard & Thyme Marinade for Steak
Another fantastic addition to the 'date night' recipe book! Impress your partner with this unbelievable easy, yet incredibly tasty marinated steak!
Ingredients
- ½ bunch Thyme
- 2x teaspoons Whole grain mustard
- 1x bottle Curious Brew
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl
- Add the steak and turn a few times then cover and place in the fridge overnight
- When ready to cook your steak, discard the marinade and pan fry your steak to your liking
