Ingredients;
- 500g Forced Yorkshire Rhubarb
- 1 Large Onion
- 200g Caster Sugar
- 200ml Aspall Classic Cyder Vinegar
- Pinch of Salt
Method;
- Chop the onion and rhubarb (into roughly 1 inch pieces)
- Place all the ingredients into a large pan
- Bring to the boil and then lower the heat
- Cook for about 1 hour until the sauce has thickened into a jam-like texture
- Place into sterilised jars, or serve fresh with a selection of cheeses!
