Easy Roasted Chestnuts
- 1kg Chestnuts
- Heat the oven to 180°C
- Using a sharp knife cut a slit through the shell of the chestnut, careful not to cut through the nut
- Pour the chestnuts into the tray and roast for 45 minutes
- Cover the tray with tin foil or a chopping board to trap the steam and leave them to cool
- Peel and enjoy!
