Easy Roasted Chestnuts
The evenings are getting colder and darker, but that’s not going to dampen our spirits! We’ll be spending the night cosied up with some roasted chestnuts and a cup of hot chocolate dreaming about that Christmas Day Dinner 🌰☕

Ingredients;

Method;

  • Heat the oven to 180°C
  • Using a sharp knife cut a slit through the shell of the chestnut, careful not to cut through the nut
  • Pour the chestnuts into the tray and roast for 45 minutes
  • Cover the tray with tin foil or a chopping board to trap the steam and leave them to cool
  • Peel and enjoy!
