INSTRUCTIONS FOR DESKTOP VERSION - VIEWING REWARD POINTS

Step 1 – Visit shop.wattsfarms.co.uk and click on the ‘My Account’ button.

Step 2 – Select Login and enter your login details (or Create Account if you don’t already have one)

Step 3 – Scroll down to the ‘Loyalty Points’ section which is below ‘Recent orders’.

Here you can view your current rewards balance. You can also view our rewards page by clicking on the ‘Explore rewards’ button to find out what great rewards are available for you to collect towards.

Step 4 – You can view which rewards you can claim now with your current reward points balance, as well as rewards which you can claim once you have more reward points.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOBILE VERSION - VIEWING REWARD POINTS

Step 1 – Visit shop.wattsfarms.co.uk and click on the ‘My Account’ button.

Step 2 – Enter your login details (or click on ‘Sign up’ to create an account if don’t already have one

Step 3 – Scroll down to the ‘Loyalty Points’ section which is below ‘Recent orders’.

Here you can view your current rewards balance. You can also view our rewards page by clicking on the ‘Explore rewards’ button to find out what great rewards are available for you to collect towards.

Step 4 – You can view which rewards you can claim now with your current reward points balance, as well as rewards which you can claim once you have more reward points.

HOW TO CLAIM A REWARD - DESKTOP AND MOBILE VERSIONS

Step 1 – Add your shopping to your cart as you would normally. To claim your rewards you need to meet our minimum spend requirements of £40 for home delivery or £30 for collection.

Step 2 – Scroll down to view the Reward Points slider where you can view the rewards on offer. If you have the required number of points to claim the reward, you will see the ‘Buy with XXX points’ green button. If you need to collect more points before you can claim the reward, you will see the ‘You need XXX more points’ grey button.
