Sam's Free Range Bronze turkeys, are a superior turkey breed that are grown to maturity at around 24/26 weeks, longer than a commercially bred turkey. The birds are hand plucked and hung for 14 days to add wonderful flavour to the meat. Reared locally in Canterbury, these turkeys are a real treat for the Christmas dinner table.
